Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal or courier services
- Packages delayed due to weather, strikes, or high shipping volumes
- Packages marked as “delivered” but reported as lost or stolen
- Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by your country’s regulations

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
